Meet Al Herback Al Herback is an originator of the "Know Your Baseball" training program, now the Little League Official Education Program for Managers and Coaches. For more than 28 years, Al has been conducting clinics throughout North America. He presented the program and resources to more than 50,000 managers/coaches and 60,000 players. His unique approach to teaching the skills of baseball and softball has been recognized internationally for its merit. His methods have been acclaimed as unparallelled.
